Refund Policy

Dear Customer,

All our Jewelries undergo our standard Quality Check process before dispatch. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  1. Order was damaged in transit
  2. Product mismatch

If the order matches any of the above criteria then you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging.

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount.

 If you wish to make a return you need to notify us within 3 days of receipt of order. Whatsapp +91 8610186608 to notify us. You are required to send a photograph of the damaged/incorrect product. 

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 3 working days.
